Our Catfish is responsibly sourced from an FDA and USDA approved aquaculture plant in China. This sweet and mild flavor firm fish is then blended with chef-crafted ingredients, at our plant in Atlanta, to bring you an exceptional eating experience – accompanied by brown rice, roasted corn, okra, and garlic butter. Each fish portion is hand cut to size and the meal is then expertly assembled to pay extra special attention to consistency and quality. This catfish meal is a good source of protein.

Ingredients

Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Cacciatore Sauce (Vine-Ripened Fresh Tomatoes, a Blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sunflower Oil, Fresh Basil Leaves, Salt, and Naturally Derived Citric Acid), Three Pepper Onion Vegetable Blend (Onions, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers), Okra, Corn, Smoked Andouille Sausage (Pork, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Mustard, Sugar, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice Extractives, Sodium Nitrite), Tomato Paste (Tomatoes and Citric Acid), Chopped Garlic in Water (Garlic, Water), Canola Oil, Tabasco Brand Green Pepper Sauce (Distilled Vinegar, Jalapeno Pepper, Water, Salt, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, and Ascorbic Acid “To Preserve Freshness”), Spices, Smoked Paprika (Natural Smoked Paprika Powder, and < 2% Natural Smoked Paprika (Antioxidant)), Gumbo File (Sassafras, Thyme and Oregano), Coarse Topping Salt, Catfish (Catfish, Water, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (To Retain Moisture)), Garlic Blend Butter Pucks (European Style Butter Blend (Vegetable Oil Blend (Palm and Palm Kernel Oil, Soybean Oil)), Skim Milk, Butter (Cream, Salt), Contains Less Than 2% of Natural Flavor, Vitamin A Palmitate Added, Beta Carotene (Color) Salt), Garlic, Basil, Italian Seasoning (Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Oregano and Basil), Parsley). Contains: Fish (Catfish), Milk, Mustard, Soybean.

Although great care has been taken to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain.

KEEP FROZEN until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cooking Methods

Oven Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
  2. Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, puncture the clear wrap once on each of the four sides closest to the border. Place frozen meal in microwave and cook for 2 minutes on high.
  3. Take meal from microwave, place on flat surface and remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot). Place un-melted butter (if any) on fish.
  4. Place meal on baking tray and cook for 15 – 17 minutes in your preheated oven. Remove tray from the oven. Stir vegetables, grains, and sauce together then spoon over the fish before eating. Enjoy!

 

Individual ovens vary in temperature; therefore these instructions serve as guidelines only. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F for best product quality and food safety.

Microwave Cooking Instructions​

  1. Take meal out of sleeve and pierce film 2 or 3 times with a fork. Place package directly into microwave.
  2. Microwave for 2:30 minutes from thawed or 4:00 minutes from frozen.
  3. Carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners, remove plastic film, turn fish over, stir vegetables and grains, and cook in microwave for an additional 1:30 minutes.
