KEEP FROZEN until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Cooking Methods
Oven Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
- Remove bowl from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border. Place frozen meal in microwave* and cook for 1.5 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove bowl from microwave by its two handles and place on baking tray (be careful contents are hot).
- Cook for 13 – 15 minutes in your preheated oven or until fully cooked. Remove bowl from oven, remove film, stir shrimp, pasta, vegetables, and sauce together and let sit for 1 minute before eating. Enjoy!
Individual ovens vary in temperature; therefore these instructions serve as guidelines only. Crustaceans should be fully cooked for best product quality and food safety.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
- Remove bowl from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal in microwave* and cook for 4 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove bowl from microwave by its two handles, place on flat surface, and remove film (be careful contents are hot).
- Stir shrimp, pasta, vegetables, and sauce together and cook for an additional 1.5 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove bowl from microwave and let sit for 1 minute before eating. Enjoy!
* If no microwave available, preheat oven, remove bowl from sleeve, and pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border. Place on baking tray and cook for 15 minutes. Remove bowl from oven, remove film and stir shrimp pasta, and sauce together. Cover with foil and finish baking for 10 – 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from oven and let sit for 1 minute before eating.
