Our langostino lobsters are wild caught and harvested from the pristine waters off the Mozambican coast. The delicate and sweet tasting langoustine lobsters are processed and quick frozen on board to ensure quality and freshness. The langoustine lobster meat portions are then blended with chef-crafted ingredients to bring you an exceptional eating experience – accompanied by bacon, corn, and whipped potatoes. Each deveined, shelled, and tailed lobster portion is then expertly assembled to pay extra special attention to consistency and quality. This delicious langoustine lobster meal offers a new flavor to traditional mac ‘n cheese meals.

Ingredients

Elbow Macaroni (Water, Enriched Durum Semolina, Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Langostino Lobster, Half & Half (Milk, Cream, Contains less than 1% of: Sodium Citrate and Disodium Phosphate), Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (Color)), Potato Starch, Corn Starch, and Powdered Cellulose (Added to Prevent Caking), Heavy Cream (Contains less than 0.5% of: Carrageenan, Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80), Gruyere Cheese (Made from Cow’s Milk, Culture, Salt), Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Potato Starch, Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking), All Purpose Flour, Unsalted Butter (Cream), Tabasco Brand Green Pepper Sauce (Distilled Vinegar, Jalapeno Pepper, Water, Salt, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, and Ascorbic Acid “To Preserve Freshness”), Mozzarella & Provolone Cheeses (Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Non- Smoked Provolone Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Potato Starch, Powdered Cellulose Added To Prevent Caking), Paprika, Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Crustaceans (Langostino Lobster), Milk. 

Although great care has been taken to remove shells from this product, some shells may remain.

KEEP FROZEN until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cooking Methods

Oven Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
  2. Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, puncture the clear wrap once on each of the four sides closest to the border. Place frozen meal in microwave and cook for 1:30 minutes on high.
  3. Take meal from microwave, place on flat surface and remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot). Place un-melted butter (if any) on lobster.
  4. Place meal on baking tray and cook for 13 – 15 minutes in your preheated oven. Remove tray from the oven. Stir pasta, crustaceans, and sauce together before eating. Enjoy!

 

Individual ovens vary in temperature; therefore these instructions serve as guidelines only. Shellfish and crustaceans should be fully cooked for best product quality and food safety.

Microwave Cooking Instructions

  1. Take meal out of sleeve and pierce film 2 or 3 times with a fork. Place package directly into microwave.
  2. Microwave for 2:30 minutes from thawed or 4:00 minutes from frozen.
  3. Carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners, remove plastic film, stir, and cook in microwave for an additional 1:30 minutes.
